Certified Reseller level requires a major investment in Controls Force technology and products. At least one or more dedicated full time associates must be trained and certified by Controls Force. In return, Controls Force will allow the partner to sell its product and provide second level support for Transaction Watchdog™ Core Engine only. The reseller is responsible for 1st level support of all components, including any customization and integration per clients request. There is a substantial investment by the partner in training and resources.
