Qualified Reseller level requires a commitment to maintain a prosperous business relationship with Controls Force, and such Reseller is recognized and rewarded for that commitment. A dedicated full time associate must be trained and certified by Controls Force. In return, Controls Force allows the partner to sell its products and provides second level support for Transaction Watchdog™ platform. The partner is responsible for 1st level support of Adaptor and ARM components, including any customization and integration per clients’ request. There is a minimal investment by the partner, that is, training costs and a bigger resource investment in the associate that will be dedicated to working directly with clients.
