Transaction Watchdog™

In the modern IT environment technology is unable to stop human data entry errors, system incompatibility errors, employees that deceive IT systems and cause loss of money. In addition, no IT system is able to protect itself again individuals that evade policies through the use of access rights. No staff of controllers can continuously check all business transactions ad hoc (during execution).

In response to these real needs, Control’s Force has developed its patent pending data-centric process model based technology. This technology is provided with our Transaction WatchdogTM (TW) software Platform that allows organizations to treat application level messages as a part of executed business transactions. The core of TW Platform is the message-to-process correlation and validation engine (Engine) that performs the following 3 main functions: generates transaction identifier to which a message belongs to; validates data discrepancies  among messages in the scope of a single transaction; and produces ad hoc alerts to prevent transactional risks.

With our TW Platform there is no need to run a business process- you just track and control it at the individual transaction level. No business process workflow model is required. All you need to implement TW Platform built solutions is a message definition. TW Platform enhances your controlling capabilities to manage every business deal that impacts multiple business processes carried out by one or by several IT systems. It does this without any human involvement.

Transaction Watchdog™ Overview

  • EngineThe Engine detects data inconsistencies by using very limited number of rules.  This service is provided via internet, intranet, WAN and claud computing. The Engine receives XML messages that are defined in the Data Centric Process Model and provided to its depositor with described Adaptors.
  • Adaptors - The Adaptors provide XML messages and allow connectivity  to any database system or messaging infrastructure like ESB. Today,  QAD  EB2, Sage Simply Accounting and SAP Business One ERP  systems’ adaptors are available as “out-of-the-box”.
  • Alert Resolution Manager (ARM) Back-end - It consists of ARM-server and ARM-client. ARM receives messages from the Engine. Its main purpose is to create and send alerts, which are then displayed on the user’s screen. ARM is a flex/flash application.
  • Alert Resolution Manager (ARM) Front-end – The user interface provides visibility of any given transaction from insertion to closing, presenting various reports and ROI related dashboards. Software architecture allows for very customization.
