The list of transactional risks that Payroll TW detects before they become problematic for your business include:
- Ghost/Terminated Employee - Employee is terminated in HR system but Payroll system is not updated; Employee record in Payroll system is not found in HR system
- Data Exception - Employee’s Hour Rate is changed while the multiple employee’s Type didn’t change; Employee is not entitled to any pension fund while via clearing (EDI or flat, or ASKII) file he gets it
- Ghost Bank Account – In the clearing file appear bank or pension accounts that doesn’t match to any employee record
- Duplicate Payroll - Employee receives the same payroll twice for the same month
- Data Loss – Payroll is not appear both in clearing file and in report for manual payroll transferring
